This deposit is non-refundable, as each piece is crafted specifically for you and cannot be reused if the order is cancelled. We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, e-transfers, cash and bank wire transfers.

Final payment is due once your ring is ready for pick-up.

First resize is complimentary within one year from the date of purchase. More than a 1.5 finger size difference may incur additional fees.

Resizing typically takes 10–14 business days, and during this time, our goldsmith will also polish and clean your ring so it’s ready to wear when you pick it up.
