Payment Policy
For all online purchases, full payment is required at the time of checkout. Deposits or partial payments are not accepted for online orders.
For in-store purchases of custom or made-to-order pieces, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. This deposit is non-refundable, as each piece is crafted specifically for you and cannot be reused if the order is cancelled. We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, e-transfers, cash, and bank wire transfers.
Final payment is due once your ring is ready for pick-up. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom-made or made-to-order pieces, and all orders are considered final sale.
This approach ensures a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish, letting you focus on the excitement of your unique ring.
Additionally, any deposit paid to begin the creation of your ring is non-refundable.
Fine Jewelry:
For in-stock fine jewelry, full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed, released, or delivered until payment has been received in full.
For custom or made-to-order pieces, a 50% deposit is required prior to production.
Return Policy
All of our custom rings are made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, so they are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom pieces. Additionally, any deposit paid to begin the creation of your ring is non-refundable.
Fine Jewelry:
We accept returns on eligible in-stock fine jewelry within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Completed Orders & Pick-Up Policy
Once your ring is ready, we’ll reach out by phone or email. We kindly ask that finished pieces be picked up within 14 days. If we don’t hear back after our final follow-up, the piece may be released back into our collection.

Ring Sizing
The first resize is complimentary within one year from the date of purchase. More than a 1.5 finger size difference may incur additional fees.
Resizing typically takes 10–14 business days, and during this time, our goldsmith will also polish and clean your ring so it’s ready to wear when you pick it up.

Warranty Policy
We provide a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and includes the replacement of accent stones measuring 3mm or smaller.
This warranty does not apply to wear and tear, chipped or damaged stones, loss of the center stone, or loss or theft of the ring.
If you require repairs that fall outside of the warranty coverage, feel free to contact us at info@capellanova.ca. We’ll be happy to assess the piece and provide a repair quote.
For added protection, we recommend arranging insurance for your ring once it’s been delivered.
