Shipping Policy

We ship within Canada only. Shipping fees are not included and will be calculated based on the selected shipping provider, destination, and service level.

Shipping insurance is optional and available at an additional cost. Clients may choose whether to insure their shipment. If insurance is declined, Capella Nova Diamonds Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

All orders are processed once payment is received in full. Shipping timelines may vary depending on item availability or production timelines for made-to-order pieces.
