What is your price range?

Our custom, made-to-order engagement rings typically start at around $4,000 CAD for a 1-carat lab-grown diamond solitaire, and around $8,500 CAD for a 1-carat natural diamond solitaire. Final pricing depends on the design, stone size, shape, colour, and quality.

Most clients create their dream ring with a budget of $5,000–$10,000 CAD, with natural diamond rings generally requiring a higher budget. Lab-grown diamonds are usually more affordable, except for lab-coloured stones.

What materials do you work with?

We specialize in creating rings from gold  (14K, 18K, 19K in white, yellow, or rose) and platinum. We also do not build rings using alternative metals such as tungsten, titanium, steel, or silver.

What types of stones do you use?

Accepted Answer

For diamonds, we work with both natural and lab-grown options. Our lab-grown diamonds are carefully selected. We choose stones with VS (Very Slightly Included) or VVS (Very Very Slightly Included) clarity, ensuring any inclusions are barely noticeable, even under magnification. This ensures a diamond that is both stunning and refined.

We exclusively work with diamonds and select gemstones; moissanite is not used.

Does my central stone come with a certification?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all lab-grown diamond centre stones include an IGI (International Gemological Institute) report, while natural diamond centre stones come with a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) report. These certificates verify the stone’s quality and authenticity.

Smaller diamonds used as accents or side stones generally do not receive individual certificates, as such reports are not issued for stones of that size.

For sapphires and other gemstones, certifications are not typical in the industry. While a small number of exceptional stones may have certificates, this is rare. Rest assured, all our stones are carefully selected from trusted suppliers to meet our high standards of quality and beauty.

Question 7

Can you reset or redesign an existing ring?

At this time, we focus exclusively on creating new, custom rings and are not able to reset or redesign rings that were not crafted by us.

We understand how much sentimental value these pieces hold, and we’d be happy to help you explore other custom options to design a new ring that beautifully reflects your story.

Question 8

Can I supply my own stones or gold for a custom ring?

At this time, we’re unable to use personal or heirloom stones or materials, including gold, in our custom rings. We source all stones and metals to ensure the highest quality in every ring.

Question 9

Is there a fee for sourcing stones?

Accepted Answer

To help you find the perfect stone, we apply a $100 + tax sourcing fee. This fee covers the time and effort involved in carefully selecting options that match your preferences.

If you choose to move forward with your custom ring, the full fee is credited toward your purchase. Stone sourcing typically happens after your complimentary first consultation, unless specific stones are requested for that initial meeting.

Can I have my ring engraved?

Yes! We offer complimentary inner-band engraving on most rings. Character limits and placement depend on the ring’s design, and engraving may add a few extra days to the production timeline. Limitations apply based on the specific piece.
