We accept returns on eligible in-stock fine jewelry within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.

We ship within Canada only. Shipping fees are not included and will be calculated based on the selected shipping provider, destination, and service level.

​Shipping insurance is optional and available at an additional cost. Clients may choose whether to insure their shipment. If insurance is declined, Capella Nova Diamonds Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
