For in-store purchases of custom or made-to-order pieces, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. This deposit is non-refundable, as each piece is crafted specifically for you and cannot be reused if the order is cancelled. We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, e-transfers, cash and bank wire transfers.

Final payment is due once your ring is ready for pick-up.

Resizing typically takes 10–14 business days, and during this time, our goldsmith will also polish and clean your ring so it’s ready to wear when you pick it up.
